We had a baby shower for one of my Co-workers and his wife. There was 16 in our group. The waitresses were very polite but they couldn't handle the crowd. I felt bad for them. But they couldn't remember who got what. And it took so long to get our food I had even forgot what I ordered. The food was OK but could use a little more heat.

I think that El Napal is the best Mexican restaurant I've ever been to and I've been to a lot
I just walked out feeling beyond satisfied!!! We had chicken & shrimp with chipotle chimichangas and a 50/50 chicken and beef taco salad! They were the best chimichangas & taco salad we've ever had! Must add, Ellie blessed our experience. She helped us design our meal with a smile and a super sweet demeanor! Her service is commendable! She never stopped until we were out the door with extras for the road!!! Thank you El Nopal & Ellie!
Chips and taco shells stale, salsa watered down, meat not seasoned! Best thing I had was a coca cola!
The service is slow, the food is nothing special, I wanted a Margarita my waitress spoke little to zero English she wasn't very familiar with the menu I went to the bar to get a margarita there was no bartender I will not be back.
Normally one of our favorite places to eat but Saturday night after we were finished eating I had to actually call the restaurant to get them to have our waitress to bring us our check after waiting 20 minutes for it.
Best place to eat and drink on the planet! Get the el nopal special to eat with jalapeño cheese! So good
