I had a great experience with this flooring store when I got my hardwood floors. Their prices were very fair, and everyone there was extremely helpful from start to finish. They also recommended an installer, Stan, who was fantastic, very professional and truly excellent at what he does. The owner of the store is also wonderful: always on top of things and ready to help in any way he can, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Overall, I’m very happy with both the product and the service. Highly recommend!
Disappointing Experience Despite Friendly Staff We recently ordered a carpet installation from El Nino Flooring, and while the staff in the shop were incredibly friendly and helpful, the installation process was a negative one. From the moment the installer arrived, there were red flags. He accidentally bashed his saw into our front door, which my wife and I chalked up to a mistake. Great experience with super friendly staff! We recently purchased LVP from El Nino and it was the easiest experience ever! If you've ever had to replace flooring, you know that finding the right colour and product can be challenging. We absolutely loved working with Moe as she made it super simple, especially since we could pick out some large floor samples and bring them home to see how the colours did in our home/lighting. The prices are great and the process is simple; a win-win in our opinion! Thanks SO Moe!!
Vinyl flooring they installed falling apart within a year of installation. Came to see and then blamed manufacturer of floor who blames them. Emailed 3 solutions all requiring more money. If could give zero rating would. No follow thru with unhappy customer. They don’t stand behind their work
Best prices, and great service! El Niño helped match the flooring from my living room with vinyl plank flooring for my upstairs, and I couldn’t be happier with the product. Their sales team was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again. Thank you!
