I hired El Niño to replace my existing hardwood floors and kitchen tiles with LVP, and I’m happy with the results. They did a good job removing the kitchen tiles and installing the new flooring. The store staff were friendly and helpful. Bal did an exceptional job with follow-ups and ensuring the installation went smoothly. She went out of her way to make sure even the smallest details were not overlooked. The two custom-made stairs are beautiful as well. Thank you!

I normally never leave negative reviews, but my experience with El Nino Floors needs to be shared so others can make informed decisions. I hired El Nino Floors for vinyl flooring, baseboards, and hardwood stair installation — a project quoted at over $24,000. The job was supposed to take 5–7 days. Instead, it dragged on for weeks with numerous issues that were never resolved. I had a great experience with this flooring store when I got my hardwood floors. Their prices were very fair, and everyone there was extremely helpful from start to finish. They also recommended an installer, Stan, who was fantastic, very professional and truly excellent at what he does. The owner of the store is also wonderful: always on top of things and ready to help in any way he can, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Overall, I’m very happy with both the product and the service. Highly recommend!
I recently had my main floor done by El Niño flooring. From start to finish I was impressed with the customer service, especially Bal, who helped guide me on choosing the right product.
