We are very pleased! This is one friendly, knowledgeable and professional company. From the website to installation there was only excellence. I hired El Niño to replace a transition from the hallway into the bathroom which was poorly done by a previous contractor. My small job has handled with great care. From the initial meeting in store to the service my experience was excellent. Service technician was efficient, clean, punctual and polite. The job was executed perfectly. I will be using them for future projects!
I normally never leave negative reviews, but my experience with El Nino Floors needs to be shared so others can make informed decisions. I hired El Nino Floors for vinyl flooring, baseboards, and hardwood stair installation — a project quoted at over $24,000. The job was supposed to take 5–7 days. Instead, it dragged on for weeks with numerous issues that were never resolved. I had a great experience with this flooring store when I got my hardwood floors. Their prices were very fair, and everyone there was extremely helpful from start to finish. They also recommended an installer, Stan, who was fantastic, very professional and truly excellent at what he does. The owner of the store is also wonderful: always on top of things and ready to help in any way he can, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I recently had my main floor done by El Niño flooring. From start to finish I was impressed with the customer service, especially Bal, who helped guide me on choosing the right product.
