Plenty Of Fish has been meeting there by the river Wed evenings. All the remarks have been favorable. The folks that like extra spices only have to bring their own or request commonly used spices to get more. :)
My husband and I had the opportunity to dine at El Monumento and our dining experience was absolutely one of the very best! The staff were excellent, the restaurant is brand new and has an inner court yard that that is like an open plaza with plants and a water feature, just a quiet and relaxing dining atmosphere. The ambiance and service was fantastic, but the food was bland at best. It just lacked any flavor. Definitely not worth the price. If they got some new cooks or recipes, they'd have my business. My wife went there twice, and I've been once, and that will be it for a while.
The interior is very nice. The food was also good. A person needs to remember the food is interior Mexico, not tex-mex. I plan to be a regular customer.
