The food is delicious! However, the customer service at Ina is terrible. Management needs to train their employees when a customer walks in, you need to greet them. You don't ignore your customers and continue to gossip. The hostess was extremely rude, no greeting at all, and when she finally took us to our table, she didn't even let us know a waiter would be with us shortly.
