I discovered this place a few weeks ago and its wonderful! The employees are friendly the food is great. If you'd like to try some authentic Oaxacan food or you're sick of the "Mexican" food in the Monterey area i highly suggest El Milagro. The tlyuda is great for sharing and the taco oaxacano is my personal favorite. With a corona or two you can't go wrong.
