Just went to have dinner at El Mexicano in Fowler. I ordered coco with high hopes since I've heard they are aware winners. DO NOT BOTHER EATING THERE. The vegetables and the meat were hard, not cooked all the way through. I told the waitress and the cashier. They both offered me another bowl of soup from the same pot. I pointed out to them I didnt think this would solve the problem. Cashier said they dont do refunds and then said I'll show it to the cook in a bit.
