I could seriously eat here every day. The barbacoa is incredibly tender. The carnitas are awesome. The staff is always super-friendly. It's everything you could want in good, neighborhood, Mexican food.

Been there a couple of times... food is excellent, service... mmmm ok... but I dont care, the food is fantastic...
Enter at Your Own Risk... The Service was awful the server didn't bring out our meals at the same time to our table. Actuality to my table and the table next to us. So at that point I was hoping I wasn't on some reality TV show. And eventually when my meal came out which I was really questioning if it was coming out at all. The server was busy stuffing her face with food while serving my food to me. That was a first for me in restaurant industry eating out. Thank you for your review. It is a shame you were not satisfied with your plate, we offer 8 different nachos, with different cheese options. The manager could of fixed it. We are working with the service , and because we offer an opportunity to students and teens, they are still learning and in training. We will reconsider that. Was excited and looking foward to trying El Manatial. Not a great experience. The decor was traditional authentic, music rap/ reggaton which is not condusive to a relaxing lunch. The service was very slow and food terribly bland. Unfortunately I'll still be on look out for the next great Mexican restaurant.
Had a great dinner with some great company. It was a great night out with the girls!
