I have celebrated many birthdays and special occasions here with Maria and her fantastic team. The food is incredible, authentic and affordable. As a longtime patron and friend of El Magiey, it is refreshing the have a neighborhood spot that knows the community and greets you like you’re family. The newer establishments do not compare in service or quality. Great food. She's going to close because of rent hike. Let us support her until March. I recently met up with Janet Mateo and Robert Mateo. The food was delicious, the drinks were great. The atmosphere was wonderful. Maria the owner is a wonderful host and so were her employees. I'm definitely going back before she closes.
Our 'lounge room' in New York. Great place to drop into and have a few last drinks and just chill. Great food also.
Love this place. Relaxing, friendly, cute, good food and you feel like you are getting away from it all.
