Great food and great vibe!
We have been going to El Loco for 20+ years now. I can say that I have not found a Mexican food restaurant with authentic Mexican food in the Capital District that can compete with El Loco's food, atmosphere, great staff and service!
Always great Tex mex in a funky atmosphere, cool staff, and great margaritas
This place has been here for many, many years and this is the first time I've been. Got a decent Queso Quesadilla which was advertised as having onions and cilantro in it, but I didn't detect either. The Mexican rice was delicious, though.
Bizarre Mexican food. Was served Cajun rice with my burrito. Beef was under seasoned and just odd. Salsa was poorly seasoned and unfortunately sweet. Cheese dip was from a can. I have been in Albany for a few years and still have not found decent Mexican food.
New to the area and a friend took me here on a Thursday evening. After an almost 45 minute wait for our food, my Mexican pizza came out blackened and cold. My friends special was also cold. When I brought up our food was cold, I was informed the only thing they could do was put my already blackened pizza back in the broiler. We took a pass.
