Great food! Salsa is fresh and flavors are unexpected.
I have enjoyed every meal I've had at El Korita. I'm new to CR, so I don't know many places yet, but their soup and their veggie burritos are sure good.
Dont let the unassuming interior fool you. This place is sooo good. The best i have had in castle rock. Though it is hard to find when it's dark because their sign isn't lit, but totally worth it. For the record its right next to sozo chiropractic
Oh, my. Try inedible. From the raves, ordered a carne asada burrito and an order of tacos (carne asada, also), to go. We've never seen so much gristle! Every attempted bite!! Threw the food away, it was so bad. Those 2 inedible items, which came w/NOTHING, plus a side of beans (tiny!!) was over $19. Seriously gag me w/a spoon. And we're 25 min away--not like we could just run back and get something else. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
