All Dr's visits require a confirmation call in advance,he is charging me for a broken appointment I didn't confirm. Lack of communication with the patient.
I wish I could give this office zero stars. Absolutely scammed on a guard for my TMJ issues, was charged about $3000 for a piece of crap guard that cost about $50 to make. Absolute nightmare to deal with in regards to insurance and reimbursement. Do NOT go here I wish I never found this place.
I always try to give those in the medical field the benefit of the doubt because they can have stressful professions, but after multiple visits felt it would be a disservice not to caution others before joining as a patient. The doctor is impatient to a fault. The cleanings hurt more than they should. He is bothered by simple questions and barely lets you get a sentence out when you are trying to understand his recommendations. Don’t usually leave reviews but felt this experience was bad enough I needed to warn other people not to come here. They spent about 40 minutes trying to convince me to pay for things I didn’t need (mouthguard, mouth rinse, etc). They also kept talking to me like they were doing me special favors when really I just have dental insurance. “X-rays are usually $240 but today they’ll be free for you!” At this point they had me sign a waiver stating I’d been made aware that certain things would cost extra out of pocket but that I... read more
