Dear Pastor, We are sorry that issue of tipping a server upset you so much. A 15% gratuity is normally added when it comes to groups of customers. Most restaurants add a 18% gratuity, but we still keep it at 15%. It is clearly marked on our checks, and we also followed up this conversation with you in person.
