Usually have nothing but good things to say but this last visit was not what I was used too...I had to ask twice for a beverage, waited 1.5hrs for my meal, ran out of salsa waiting for my meal & was never asked if I would like more salsa, when meal came it was beef instead of chicken. When mentioning my issues at checkout, I was given no credit for my bad experience..only an explanation that the kitchen help was insufficient & taking advantage of the manager not being there😕. Food quality was good though.
Never disappointed when I eat here. Love the Texas fajitas
This is a great place for authentic Mexican food. The staff is wonderful and professional. We have been several times and they never disappoint.
Thank you Carlos and everyone at El Puerto! I hadn't been there since last September because of my husbands illness. Yesterday I decided to surprise him and order take out. When I went to pick it up Carlos asked about ny husband and said he was so sorry to hear he had been ill. He brought out my order wrapped up and I took it home. When I took out our meals there were messages written on the containers. One said "God is good. You got this" and the other said "miss you guys". I cried like a baby!!! You guys are so sweet!!!
I've dined here before and it was good. Tonight however we picked up take out. It was ice cold and wrong order. Terrible. I won't do that again.
