I am leaving the DC area next week and my friends and I had a wonderful farewell musical dinner at El Golfo! Thanks to Ada and her team who made it possible to sit and eat safely. Not to speak of their delicious food! Thanks to Emmanuel Trifilio who played beautifully and connected both sweet and sad emotions with the notes of his bandoneon. We will come again next year when I visit!

This place is our favorite Mexican food in all of the DC & MD area. They rock. Just finished some carry-out quesadillas, pollo saltado and Yuca con Chicharrón. The most tender meat! I can't recommend them enough. And such great people there. Love.
