El Fat Cat has some of the most interesting food I've found in Tri-Cities. I always order their Tortas. Either the Benny, or the Triple Threat. And their pineapple salsa is to die for. They're usually always packed, but the food is so good you gave to try it!

I had their feature burrito. Packed with super veggies, kale, asparagus, cabbage and so much other yummies. Oh yea.. BACON! Always trending and always amazing.
It was pretty good, you get a alot of burrito for your buck, the only thing I was discouraged about is there wasn't that much meat in it, other than that it was great.
Love this place! Excellent vegetarian options and amazing people. It doesn't get any better than that ❤.
