Diane and I went to this restaurant because the last time we went it was so packed with people that we were told it would be a 2 hour wait. This time we walked right in at 11:00am. It feels more like a tropical island than most places we have been. It has a lagoon with turtles, fish, etc. Lots of plant life. Food was good, not great! My favorite, there was a lot of flies today even though we sat indoors which was annoying but not necessarily their fault. There wasn’t as many ducks as there use to be as well for feeding. I’ll be back for sure though!

Bar none, best Mexican food in North Phoenix & Cave Creek! The pollo fundido is an awesome dish. Ordered it not fried with fundido sauce on the side!
Excellent authentic food, great service from Misty. Sat outside on the patio in 110 weather, they had misters and fans which made it very comfortable....Love the pond!
Very bad service from hostess and server neither even seemed to care I was there and server did not acknowledge me even though I was the only person in her area and after I placed my order she printed my check and put it inside a beverage glass and placed it on the table. Upon paying my check the server brought my card back and said absolutely nothing. I work in Cave Creek six days a week and will never go back or encourage any of my coworkers to do the same.
RecommendedOur boys loved feeding the ducks, the fish and the turtles! We were impressed at how speedy our food came (this is important when dining with kiddos!). It was delish!
