We recently purchased some furniture from your store. our Sales Rep. was Stephen Stubs. He is one of the most professional and helpful Rep that we have had the pleasure to work with. On the first day he escorted us through the store with no pressure. His follow up after the purchase was most satisfying. when we found out that one item delivered was not the one ordered he followed up and had the correct one in a few days. I would highly recommend Stephen Stubs

I have been purchasing all my furniture from Eldorado for the last 30 years, I must say the last items were a bedroom set, mattress, dining room set and a side table in January of this year, as of today March 10th I have not received the side table. the general manager keeps giving me the same excuse; the containers are hold up.....whatever does that mean......I need a manager to call me with a better excuse than that. if you don't have the items, at least give me the option of selecting another item or give me back my money... read more

I purchased a bedroom set from here and paid cash..worst experience ever. First when they are getting ready to assemble the bed there are no screws in the box, so the driver give me his cell phone a lady on the other end tell me that another driver have to come from the warehouse and complete the setup, that I would be contacted with a time, this is at 8:30am. FABIO NEAL is the best salesman I have ever met. When you think about salesman you are always doubtful about his intentions and motivations, but this guy was just outstanding, he showed us patiently everything we asked for, he even took one piece of a dresser apart to see if it matches other piece of furniture we saw on a different room... I don't know how are other salesman in El Dorado, but if you go there ask for Fabio at the front door- you won't regret it!

It was so bad I had to write this review – Thought I was paying for quality furniture and customer service. I was wrong. My dresser has literally fallen apart (they assembled - I paid for that service). When I called to get it fixed they sent someone out with out confirming a time with me (I let that slide). I had a relative in town who let the El Dorado Representative in my home. This rep determined I needed a new dresser entirely. It is nice to know there are companies still out there that care about its' customers. When I went to El Dorado Furniture in Wellington, I was expecting the normal selection, the normal salesperson, and normal pricing. What I got was exceptional service, great prices and an unbelievable selection & quality.
