Absolutely Amazing! Meeting with El Dorado Chevrolet staff was absolutely imaginable, reason being most dealerships are just not professional. However, this dealership made me change my mind and just overall perspective on a dealership. They gave me that VIP experience and thatâs something that I will never forget.
Great Purchase Experience Upon arriving, I was immediately greeted once I pulled near the service entrance. The service tech that greeted me was very nice and thoughtful in getting me situated. I had to leave my car at the shop, and she did a great job of calling me to keep me in the loop on what was going on and the issues with my vehicle.
Loved them El Dorado Mazda is light years ahead of Mazda of Richardson. Mazda of Richardson stinks. The people there look and act like crooks (all service and sales management, except my individual salesperson). I would never buy another Mazda after my experience with Mazda of Richardson and that is where I bought the car. However, after my experience with El Dorado Mazda there is still hope.
