Outstanding and delicious Mexican food! Be sure to try the table side Ghost Chili Salsa. Not for the faint of heart, but very tasty.
Our dinner couldn't be better. I had the chile relleno and it was a ten. Re fried beans available and great as well. Will eat there again asap.
Don't get me wrong place is good but it was just service. We sit down and he really didn't give out any kind of information about specials that they had going on. Later on the same guy serving us goes to the table over and from memory goes on about what they had going on and the background of the place. But the food is great just service kinda bad.
The best salsa, guac, and fajitas I think I've ever had! Superior customer service. A can't miss!!!
Super great food from guilt free sources. A place to enjoy deliciousness without the worry of where it comes from, or what it's grown with. Service is stellar too!! And as if you needed a bonus, there's a strip club next door!! Gotta love Vegas!

From the time you walk in, there is an atmosphere of class, style, and clean. The waiters and hostess are well mannered and make you feel welcome. I was scared of the place knowing it was in the building of Sapphires, but when you go inside, you are defiantly in a separate place. El Dorado Cantina is by far THE place to get great food! Organic, non GMO is the way to go. The best quacamole I've ever had, and it's done tableside. My favorite are the street tacos. #ChefPaco is the man!
