No doubts this is the best and authentic Mexican food reataurants that I have ever visited in Las Vegas. El Dorado Cantina has no competition at all without questions it is the best of the best. Celebrated Valentines Day with my Wife and the Food was Amazing, our waitress Grace was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the special menu. We had Chili lime marinaded steak and Salmon with garlic shrimp. Non GMO and organically grown.

This is the only Mexican restaurant that cares about the quality of food you eat here. The salmon is fresh caught and they serve Mary’s chicken and free range beef. Their salmon tacos are delicious, as are their fajitas. If you are in Vegas plan to eat here. Grace was our server.
