Getting a facelift and. Looking good!
Do not Rent here. I live next door to office gal who has kids. Constant screaming and yelling. Told me that's the way her kids are. There is no playground so they play in grass dog area kicking balls off windows riding scooters on sidewalk climbing on scaffolds. Screaming and yelling. Of course parents just turn them loose.They leave trash all over.
I visit my grandson often, they are cute apartments, however, none of the inner courtyard lights work and no lighting under the mailboxes. Very dark for an older person to be out walking in the evening hours. Hopefully that issue can be resolved, other than that I recommend.
