El cortez has gone down I would not recommend this complex to anyone the owner is greedy I had recently had my mother I law over for a visit and she was helping me organize my kitchen she plugged my appliances in to a plug we never used and it blew up my appliances the owner refused to replace these items when maintenance came to fix outlet he said it was caused because who ever wired did it wrong and should have known better all gave me was a 100 dollars off my rent I had to go out and buy a brand new microwave and ninja bl... read more
