The father/son team at Colorado Construction replaced my roof, including obtaining the permit from the Village of Chestnut Ridge, 2 years ago, abs in extremely happy with the work they did. They are efficient, reliable and good. I highly recommend them.
Did a roof for a friend on Elysian Avenue in South Nyack . Instead of cutting the ridge 1" down for the vent, they cut over 2" allowing rain to come in at the ridge causing leaks and mold in the attic costing thousands to remediate the mold, not to mention another contractor coming to remediate what they had done.
In Nov. 2022 Colorado replaced the roof of my large historic home at considerable cost. A month later one of the leaks reappeared and at further cost they did more work, That did not fix my leak. The owner after that stopped responding to all my calls, texts, and emails.This week I learned that they failed to install a venting system as part of the job.
