Our home has been 1191 S. Abilene for 24 years now and we couldn't be happier. We are happy to announce our newest home at 5001 S. Parker Rd. in Aurora since January of 2012. This restaurant has the BEST green chili. And they have the WORST customer service. Be prepared to wait 30-40 for your food. It will be DELICIOUS when you finally do get. It does not matter if you call ahead, if they do not forget they put you on hold, you will still wait 20 min on top of the 20 min they said it would take to be ready. And it will not matter if you complain to them about it, they will just stare at you and then say "sorry" in the most unconvincing voice possible. We have been visiting El Chubby's since 1991. One of our favorite places to visit. The best egg, potato, chorizo breakfast burritos in town!!!
Had the taco salad today for lunch. It was fantastic!
Just tried the fried ice cream, excellent! Spot on.
