The vegan breakfast burrito is huge, delicious, and you can get it anytime of day. The people running the truck are lovely. Right now, it’s the only truck in the pod so the atmosphere is a little lacking. If you do decide to eat there, instead of taking your food to Laurelhurst Park there’s covered seating.
Good burritos. Recommend.
Consistently one of the best food trucks around. Reasonable price, the BRC is a door crasher deal. Breakfast burritos are great as well.
