Our waiter Lori , I believe that was her name she was super friendly and very welcoming we will definitely come back to this place again . Great food and great environment, clean .
I, my wife, and our 3 grandchildren arrived at El Charro for lunch at 11:45 and we ordered. They brought out cheese dip and guacamole, but no chips. We didn’t get salsa for over 30 minutes. Then, they brought out the 3 kids meals, but not mine or my wife’s meals. Aat 1:15 I went to the cash register and asked for the bill. They advised they’d prepare the adult meals to go but I refused. Came for a quick lunch....... lunch was not quick sat at my table for 20min with no chips or drinks took our order then finally received somthing 20min in waited for another 30 min for a taco salad and a nachos that came out wrong ordered queso when I first sat down never received it went up to pay was happily on our bill I understand lunch rush is a thing but common.........
Prices have went up while food quality has gone down. My refried beans have become a handful of raw pinto beans, smaller portions, less care goes into making the food.
