On April 24, 2026, my family and I visited El Charro with a party of 17. We were initially told the wait would be approximately 30 minutes and agreed to wait. However, as time passed, we observed multiple other parties—including those who arrived after us—being seated ahead of our group. We were repeatedly told by Ramiro Munoz Jr. that tables were being cleared for us, yet that never resulted in us being seated. Visited restaurant for the first time tonight & my order arrived incorrect and burnt, rock hard. Management stated that I still had to pay for food I didn't order or was able to eat. Definitely will no go back. Poor customer service 🤨
