I took a photo of this dish at my table. An app I use found this place and calculated the calories from that picture. The tostada had good protein and fit my daily count. The service was fast and friendly.
Their Burritos are very delicious and worth the wait. If you want authentic Mexican food you should come here.

I'm from Texas and I've had a hard time finding the mexican food that I'm used to. This place is exactly what I've been looking for. I've been back since my discovery. Go eat there i bet you'll like it. BTW it's a food truck with outdoor sitting.
So el Chapin is well known for its tacos in springs, however, they are the absolute best place in town for a burger! They use natural calibrate beef and tallow from ranch foods direct next door. Awesome family owned small business and amazing food. As I stated "the burger is 2nd to none"! This burger is a must!
