RecommendedEl Cerro’s Shrimp Tacos Supreme are absolutely the best tacos I have ever had! I used to get lunch there at least once per week when I worked across the street from them. Now the wife and I still make the trip from Calabash just so I can get their tacos! I imagine that the rest of the menu is great too but I can’t bring myself to order anything else! 😂

The food was great, although the staff was was not. She didnt bring what we wanted when we asked nicely. She also barely checked in on us and the place was not busy. We came the next day hoping to get someone else, sadly we got the same waitress and they forced us to leave a tip just because the day before we didnt leave as much as she wanted. The coustmer service is not that great, but the food is. Honestly would have wished it to be better on my vacation.
