Good food, drinks and service
I absolutely love El Cerro at Monkey Junction. They not only have great food, but the service is amazing. Everyone is so warm and friendly that I feel very welcome. Great staff and food! We always recommend it as our favorite Mexican place to eat!
I am really surprised at all the great reviews of this restaurant. The menu is expensive but it's worth it if you get good food, this isn't good food. The rice has to be microwavable kind, you know those lil pouches with the carrots and peas added. The beans were also nasty and my carnitas were dry and tough. VERY disappointing.

This place is always hopping, with a great staff who are quick and friendly. The food is tasty, not greasy at all. Reasonable prices.
Great place as usual. Went for Father’s Day w my daughter
Wife and I went for fajitas. We don’t eat a lot so we considered the $2 discount making the total around $22 plus drinks. We were going for the two fajita special with shrimp and a choice of beef or chicken for $23 when the waiter suggested the Texas Fajita choice of chicken, beef and shrimp for $15. He brought extra tortillas and we had a great meal. Love the help the waiters provide. Don’t be afraid to ask questions. Love this place. 5 stars.
