Always good food and excellent service. Staff always makes sure your taken care of
Love the carnitas en salsa roja, fish tacos, soup and they have the best house margaritas. Been dining here for years. The churros are great as well.

El Cerro is our family's favorite restaurant in Wilmington. We celebrate family birthdays here and dine here with friends regularly. The food is fantastic and, without a doubt, the margaritas and Dos Equis (on tap) are the best in town. The experience we have here on a regular basis is second to none! We love El Cerro Grande!
