They are always out things this time I went no chorizo and no salsa Roja... like really? So I ordered online. I hadn’t ate Carreton in YEARS but for some reason I was feeling Tortas Tonight! I called while shopping elsewhere to avoid waiting, the wait time was so long that my boyfriend and I decided to drive there and order and see if we’d still be on hold.. which we were. Finally I hung up, since my boyfriend had already ordered at the window and we waited a good 10 minutes for the food. I called too place an order & was asked could I pay debit or credit I said yes.Josabeth told me to wait 2 minutes & put me on hold for 20 minutes. I was still on hold when I pulled up!!! I asked why & she couldn't give a valid reason because she couldn't speak English!!! then had to wait 25 mintues for 2 tacos .This place use to be good its went to hell with customer service
