Management was so utterly unhelpful it was almost negligent. During the coldest weeks of winter (-30) our heat stopped working and we sent many messages to get it fixed or have someone come look at it and no one responded to our concerns. A few days later a maintenance guy came and said it was because our windows were open.....we had never opened our windows we moved in December.
