We have dined here several times. however, after tonight's experience we will not return. Our server was not very friendly, and we had to ask for silverware twice. while our food was getting cold, but the lady at the register was horrible. We were seated at a table where we could watch her interaction with customers. She was on her cellphone constantly. She took our money and went back to her cellphone, never thanking us.

The service is slow no matter how many people are in the restaurant. The waiters aren’t welcoming nor attentive. They are also very bad at taking orders, very rarely do I go and not have to send something back. Save your money and head to Gallo Loco. I’ve given El Cants multiple tries in the last 30 days because i like their cheese dip, however they take 30 minutes to get it to you and at that point you don’t even want it. Or you’re out of chips and have to ask for those because no one cared to notice.
I was there on wednesday the service was aweful took the guy 5 mins to take our drink order then after that we waited and waited for him to take our order then a lady comes in probaly 15 mins after us and he takes her order then ours and they was not busy at all... the harriman location is smaller but they are super fast no matter how busy they are.... — feeling angry.
