Well kept secret! – I live in the Twinsburg area and have always wondered what El Campesino had to offer. I decided to check it out and I ended up going twice in one weekend!! Now I know that its been a well kept secret. Normally I would not expect much from a restaurant in a strip mall but I was pleasantly surprised. Best Mexican food in Twinsburg – Awesome for dinner and socializing, I have not gone away hungry yet. - On your birthday, they have been known to put a big honking Sombrero on your head and give you a shot of Tequila (2 if your friends don't get the picture right the first time!!!)
