One of my favorite places on Bards, and killer atmosphere.
Called yesterday to see how long of a wait. Hostess answered the phone, asked if I could hold, then evidently forgot me. I listened to the background noise for 30 minutes. That's right, 30 minutes! I kept speaking into the phone "hello!" Hoping someone would hear, but no one responded. Then, after waiting for 30 minutes on "hold", they simply hung up the phone! Really? This is the best help you can get?
