Outstanding, Ray completely explained the entire process of loading my new cap & ball pistol and convinced me to spend way too much. I don't mind though, as long as he smiles while selling me stuff.
Not so good – These guys are trying to get a better reputation but they have had pretty bad service and poor inventory for years. Not recommended.
