It is nice to see a woman working the gun counter. Great customer service, really put me at ease since it was my first gun purchase. I will recommend El Cajon Gun Exchange to my friends.
pleasantly suprised – I was pleasantly surprised at all the merchandise at this store. Of all the gun stores they have the most gun related items, safes, ammo and of coarse fire arms. Their prices are great! Staff was very helpful.
I purchased my first hand gun 10 days ago. The lady that helped me was very nice and helped me pick out the right gun for me. When I picked it up today a very nice man delivered it to me and did a demonstration and showed me how to use it. The staff is friendly at the El Cajon Gun Exchange.
My wife and I came in to buy a gun safe. The lady showed us a video demonstration of the Browning and four other brands; It was very interesting and educational. We bought a Browning. We are so happy and cant wait for it to be delivered! Thank you El Cajon Gun Exchange!
My husband sent me down to exchange base mount for a 10-22 & also a red dot scope, that he said did not fit. The employee took time to show me that the scope fit & took a 10-2 rifle to show me that the base fit the rifle. I thank him for his time to really explain to a woman that is new at this, thanks El Cajon Gun Exchange.

A safe that we had back in 2004 had a malfunctioning lock. I contacted Ron the manager and he had his service people contact us immediately by email and are arranging for a replacement lock and instructional DVD to be shipped ASAP. Wish I would have written much earlier now! My husband is happily anticipating installing the new lock. Thank you so very much- in a time when everyone seems intent on squeezing every last drop of money out of people, it's good to have faith restored.
Well I admit that one of the guys that works there is rather cynical (mostly it seems, because of continued government sanctions against law-abiding citizens and stores like theirs). He did however look up each and every gun I was interested in and told me first which ones were not "Authorized" by the state of California (3) and which ones were not available (the remaining 4). Tomorrow is my husbands birthday soI stopped by the El Cajon Gun Exchange in hopes of finding something cool that he would like. I've never been in the store before but was very suprised to see how big it is. The sales girl gave me lots of ideas. I ended up with a gift certificate because I couldn't decide.
