These guys were great. They were friendly and informative, much the opposite of what I was expecting being a female who knows very little about guns going to sell my late father's rifle collection. To my surprise, there were just as many women employees as there were men and everyone treated me with respect and kindness. Not only that but I learned a lot about firearms and gun legislation. I went to about five or six gun stores around San Diego prior to going to El Cajon Gun Exchange. Needless to say I purchased my first firearm from this store. They were SOOOO HELPFUL! I am so grateful that the staff in this store were so knowledgeable and so proactive to help me get comfortable with the firearm. They didn't just care about the sale of the firearm- they cared about safety, the customers experience, and the future of the weapon. The ladies there are great!!
I go in there a great deal, and never get bad service! It's a fairly large place but they are on top of all the products they have, and are wiling to answer any questions and give all the assistance they can every step of the way. I say five stars and I mean it! The owner is incredibly knowledgable on all the new laws that California has and willingly gives assistance even if he has to stay late to take care of you! I'm a FAN!!!
