Bought a shotty here today. was greeted at the door and again at the counter. Kevin was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me. Was maybe 15 people in the store and I didn't see or hear any complaining.

I've been here maybe half a dozen times now. I purchased a new Browning X-Bolt hunting rifle with a new Bushnell hunting scope the first time I went. Gang jumped by half the people that work there everybody's so friendly and helpful. Had my Son's Mauser hunting rifle Scope calibrated by the Gunsmith's who did a great job, and took the time to help me with questions and teach me some helpful tips. A safe that we had back in 2004 had a malfunctioning lock. I contacted Ron the manager and he had his service people contact us immediately by email and are arranging for a replacement lock and instructional DVD to be shipped ASAP. Wish I would have written much earlier now! My husband is happily anticipating installing the new lock. Thank you so very much- in a time when everyone seems intent on squeezing every last drop of money out of people, it's good to have faith restored.
