Great guy John Banner! Best Fleet Guy. My husband and I had been looking around town and lurking on Ford website trying to decide on F-150 Super crew or new Explorer. We were still shopping when my In Laws suddenly needed a car. So we took them over there to test drive a Ford Escape. Will never return. I inquired about an online special and the salesman called me and convinced me we needed to meet in person, all so he could try to sell me a horrible used car and be incredibly rude to my father and I. Horrible experience, put off buying a new car for a while.
