Well we went there with a party of 6 and signed in at the desk for a table. After watching them sit several other people at tables they could not accommodate 6 people. When two larger tables did open up since we were at the bar spending money. They then sat other parties that were standing at the door. We ask for management several times but got no response. Terribly slow service!!! Not sure if they need more cooks or more servers, or both. Kind staff, ok food, but painfully slow service. We had to flag down 2 people just to order our food. We waited another 50 minutes to get food just to see it was wrong. We had to wait another 20 minutes for the server to run our credit card. Unless you have 2 hours to waste on a mediocre meal, don’t go here!!!
RecommendedI did the 3 for 9.99 deal, where I ordered an enchilada, flauta and rice and beans. It was probably my fault for not making the most of the deal, but the enchilada and flauta were on the small side (for American sized servings). They were tasty, but nothing to write home about. My husband's steak burrito was AMAZING and we will most likely return just for that. I had a strawberry margarita that tasted like a melted slushy. Too sweet and syrupy. Service was prompt and friendly.

I have never been disappointed by the great tasting cuisine at Cactus. The wait staff treat my Wife and I like we own the restaurant every time we go and we are some no fail customers for the best food in the area.
