Since 1969, family recipes have been served at El Burritos in Las Vegas. In the spring of '69, Romolo and Mary Grace Duran set out on a venture to open a leather goods store. But, in the course of that venture, came to open up a small Mexican restaurant on Fremont Street called "El Burrito Caf." Now, with two locations, the tradition continues with their son, David Duran.
