Just went to burrito loco for the first time cuz my boy friend has been talking about this place since we met and I left happy had some carne Asada with rice and beans so good!! Very happy!!
Their customer service is a joke. I called in an order to be picked up and they messed it up. I called and they even acknowledged they messed it up and they wanted me to go back and return it to correct it. I waited thru drive thru more than 20 mins.I asked if I could get some kind of credit since I was not going out again and the girl said no they needed proof after I had been on hold several times AND the girl admitted that the cook did it wrong. What a joke! Last time I ever order from here.
RecommendedI have been eating at El Burrito Loco for over 20 years...Giant Steak & Shrimp burrito - (no beans) add onion, cilantro, and fresh jalapenos.....to die for !!! I dine at El Burrito Loco well over 100 times a years...It is definitely my favorite restaurant. I have read some of the negative reviews below, and find some of these stories pretty hard to believe...In 20 years, I have eaten at El Burrito Loco well over 1000 times with no serious problems.
