Our first time trying El Asador and it won’t be the last. The guacamole was so fresh and delicious it’s made to order. The poblano pepper soup was really good!The Mole de Galinna was very good the mole had a great complex flavor. Finally the ribeye with the poblano sauce and chunks of queso fresco was very tasty even though I ordered the ribeye medium rare and it was more well done it still was very tender and flavorful! Still awesome
This was the best Mexican food I've ever had. You can really taste how fresh the food is, worth every penny.
We went for the Lobster Quesadilla and it was really good.
great atmosphere, incredible food. Flavors where a notch above typical Mexican restaurants even for Mexican town (where I haven't had a bad meal) . The food at Al Asador had more of a home cooking type of feel. The Poblano soup really stood out. Thoroughly recommend and looking forward to returning. I actually loved the fact that the place is BYOB, I brought my own Margarita's!
