The service man named Greg Platt was absolutely the best service man we’ve had. He told us exactly what the problem was and did not try to add repairs just to increase the bill. I have requested he be our service man coming to our home. Thank you for being honest!
It is hard to find an honest company these days. Eklund is a true gem! Called on a Saturday with an issue and they helped ensure I had heat in my home when temps were expected to drop in the teens. Greg P. our tech come out on Monday and thoroughly investigated our heat system. We felt confident we had no issues. He took time to listen to our questions and concerns and was able to explain what had happened and also took the time to fix one issue with a/c we knew we had. Five stars isn't enough!!
