Eklund sent me a text and said they were coming over to perform maintenance on my HVAC system. I agreed. They gave me a two hour window but at the end of the 2 hour window, no one had called or stopped by. I called them. They said someone was on their way. They arrived 30 minutes after their window. I’d just moved into my new house when I woke up freezing—no heat! Eklund showed up fast, figured out the ductwork was way too small, and swapped it all out in no time. Heat’s blasting again, and I’m a happy camper. Definitely recommend these guys!
My first time to use Eklund for annual heater maintenance check. Clint arrived at the appointment time and completed the maintenance check in a timely manner. Once service was completed he gave me a complete easily understandable update on what was checked and the status of my heater.
Everything started ok my ac broke on a weekend (may5)so they sent out the weekend guy David who was very nice and informative he said my ac had a Freon blow so I had him order a new unit. He said he would see about bringing a portable window unit but had other jobs to do and would message me before he came my way. He never message/called or showed with the portable unit.
