Great experience with Niyi he’s super knowledgeable about short term rentals and a pleasure to work with. Niyi is super positive and brings great energy to the process. We hit some bumps with our lender at the end and I think if it wasn’t for Niyi’s skill and determination to help get us over the line we don’t have got our property. 100% would recommend Niyi and his team and work with them again

These guys were amazing through every step of the process. Having never purchased a home, nor an investment property, they walked me through everything and had important information and guidance with each step. We had to step away from the first deal thanks to their guidance to avoid a disaster and quickly jumped on another one that also provided some challenges, but none they couldn’t handle. Couldn’t have had a better experience and will definitely use them again in the future!
