BMW x5 . Some noise and feeling a click with steering. All done and I truly like how the service was provided , the repair made the car drive very well. All BMW repairs are annoyingly expensive. The shop did not create any unnecessary expenses . I am glad to find a reliable place for my out of the warranty cars!! I will happily recommend this place.
What can one say after this experience Going in for a idle adjustment which turns into a $1000 repair estimate. Then checking another import shop and it was just an adjustment as first expected. Incompetence, or something more insidious. Then when the owner is confronted, he doubles down, doesn't take this problematic issue seriously. There are far and away more reputable shops import and domestic in the city that are honest, to take a chance on your investment and money to something as nefarious as this shop and it's owners... read more
I recently had some upholstery done at Ron's Custom Upholstery (also a great shop!) and, upon completion, my airbag warning sensor needed to be reset - Ron's suggested EK Imports. I called, and they were able to do the job the next day quickly and easily - I was in and out in 20 minutes. Great service!
Recently had AC serviced - EK is 1234YF capable. Adrian was informative and knows how to look after clients. Will reuse EK for next major repair event.
Very helpful, upfront and honest. Was willing to go above and beyond. Will visit Adrian again.
