If you want half the job done and NO cleanup with constant hassling for their money (going against the agreement)only to be be ghosted then contact this company. Shameful.
Had a crew at my house and left without finishing work because their truck broke down. Contacted Better Business and owner will not respond!
The 4 man crew took down 2 trees that were hanging over my house, so it was not a job that I could do myself. But their cleanup was lazy. I told Thomas, that he could either take the tree tops (40 foot sugar maples) OR put them in the brush pile up on my back hill. And I wanted him to leave the big wood, which I will burn next winter. Aaron and crew totally ripped me off!! My fault I didn't get other estimates! I learned a very very expensive lesson!
Not sure what EJS was doing in Myrtle Beach being based out of Ohio but this crew was nothing short of crooks taking advantage of people. You can thank Aaron and his crew for this review. They were to cut down some trees and grind the stumps. When all was "done", the stumps were never ground up, just covered in a thin layer of chips to look like they were ground up. Do not use them.
My most genuine thanks and appreciation for David and his crew for their work today. I was absolutely blown away by everyone's professionalism, courtesy, efficiency, and skill. The site was left in perfect order and everyone made an effort to leave things looking better than when they arrived. Watching those trees come down was just amazing. We will see you again in the spring!
