Traffic control on the approach streets!!!!
Business response:
Sarah - Thank you for your feedback in regards to adding traffic control on the approach streets. I will definitely make sure and discuss this with our parking and police departments for future sold-out events.
Worst event parking I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Loading a single shuttle bus at a time? No one managing traffic off of 675? Took 50 minutes from when I got off the exit before I managed to get parked.....plus another 10 min to get the shuttle to the event. Missed the start of the show......and missed the last two song to try to escape parking Armageddon. Never again!
15 mins and we've moved 1/10th of a mile to even get in the parking lot. They've created a real road hazard for everyone. #rightstatewrongschool
Horrible venue experience with traffic and parking moved .10 mile in an hour! Amateurs late for our show and with all your convenience fees you would think you could pay people to control traffic...
First and last event I go to at the nutter center... parking was a nightmare.. doors didn’t open when they were supposed to so we had to stand 15 mins longer in the rain and wind... The seats were the most uncomfortable seats I have ever sat in... I will go to Columbus or Cincinnati before I go back to the nutter center
Very impressed with how accommodating the Nutter Center is. I'm very pregnant and it took a lot out of me walking down the steps to our floor seats from the upper level. The usher took notice and notated on my ticket that I was pregnant and gave me access to bathrooms on the floor, behind the stage, and the elevator, also behind the stage, that weren't open to everyone. It really added to my experience and made it so nice and easy for me to go to the restroom when needed and get out of the venue and the end of the show.
The single most disorganized place we’ve ever been to. We arrived an hour ahead of the show and we were still late due to traffic stopped and inching forward and then when we finally got inside there was a backup and we realized as we got closer that they only had ONE person scanning tickets. We missed the first 20 mins of Disney on Ice, I will definitely think twice about seeing a show here again.
When one wants to book for an event now with all the fees added it is approximately 30 dollars more. Why in the hell do I pay 30 dollars more when I am doing all the work paying online getting tickets sent to phone.I can accept maybe 5 Dollars more but really 30 dollars more. You are robing us . Used to come all the time as I love the location but I am not getting ripped off.Go to the Fraze Pavilion and Miami gaming .They are fair in their charges. Not surprised to see seats covered in black material at Nutter center because pe... read more
